7am - kept waking up. Couldn't sleep well.
8am+, reached office and happily told my P1 strategy consultants (my experienced colleagues lah) - okay...the school I registered is not over subscribed, so we are safe. They said, "oh No! Too early to be happy! Most parents will observe and take action only on the last day." stressed stressed stressed!!! Then a male colleague who is usually cool and calm whom I seldom interact with came to me and offered me some advice and shared his experience with me, "you'd better take leave tomorrow. Go to the school personally and observe, if the applicants exceeds the vacancies, immediately withdraw and go to your 2nd or 3rd choice of school. Don't sit and wait." stressed stressed stressed.
So I took his advice, went to my German boss that told him that I have to take El tomorrow to do P1 registration. He gave me a funny look...he couldn't understand why but he approved my leave still...hehehe. This is his 2nd month in Singapore!
8am till 12am...can't help it but keep refreshing MOE website eventhough I know that they only update once a day. Good news is by 11.30pm, the school is not over subscribed.
